Overview

Persian Kebab is an Iranian charcoal-grill takeaway on Dumbarton Road in Partick / Thornwood. The headline dishes are classic Persian skewers — Lamb Koobideh, Chenjeh (cubed lamb fillet), Bakhtiari (chicken and lamb), and Momtaz — with Persian sandwiches such as Bandari alongside the usual West End takeaway extras: pizzas, wraps, burgers and munchy boxes. Diners often mention fresh grilled meat, a notably clean shop, and friendly service (several reviews describe a husband-and-wife team). Order for delivery or collection via persiankebabglasgow.co.uk or call 0141 286 0472. They advertise open six evenings a week, 4pm–midnight, closed Wednesdays. Partick subway is a short walk along Dumbarton Road. Popular grill items sit around £9; pizza deals and grill/munchy boxes are the shareable options.

The food tasted amazing, and the price was just as good. The side dishes were excellent, and the cleanliness and flavor of the food were impeccable. I highly recommend it!

This is the third time to order from here in a two week period. The first time we had delivery and the next two we collected from the shop. Each time the food has been absolutely amazing! The food is warm, tasty and fresh. The staff (I think husband and wife) are so pleasant and care about their food which is why I’m writing this review. (My first ever review). I will not go anywhere else from now on. We’ve have the 12” munch box twice which is well worth it!

What a find! I recently ordered from Persian Kebab and was so impressed. The 16-inch chicken pizza was absolutely delicious—the perfect combination of flavor and freshness. I also got the chips and cheese, which were hot and perfectly cheesy. Everything was top-notch, and the service was quick and friendly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try the kebab lamb koobida. Highly recommend!

Eventually, I have tasted delicious Iranian kebab which was my first order from the restaurant . I highly recommend this place which I now the owner and he has many years experience in food industry, specially Iranian dishes. My first impression was hospitality and welcoming approach I had felt from my visit and food was delicious and reasonably portioned. I will go back and order more from the menu.
