Pepe's

recently tried Pepe’s Chicken and Rice again after a while, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked it didn’t taste fresh at all. It seemed like it had been cooked in advance, left sitting, and then reheated or reused another day. The flavour, which I used to enjoy, has definitely changed and is no longer up to the standard I remember. It’s a shame, because I was looking forward to the meal, but overall it just didn’t deliver in terms of taste or quality.

I had a very disappointing experience at pepes due to extremely poor customer service from one of the staff members. From the start, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They seemed irritated when we asked basic questions about the menu, and their tone made us feel very unwelcome. The food was good and enjoyable, but the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The store was quite dirty, which made the dining experience less pleasant. Additionally, the music was loud and unpleasant, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. With some improvements to cleanliness and atmosphere, this place could be much better.

Food was great. My favourite fast food restaurant in terms of food. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. It's just as far as vibe goes. Don't much prefer red and yellow theme but it can't be helped.
