Nando's Glasgow - Waterloo Street

The service was friendly and efficient and the food was very nice. The lemon and herb sauce had ran out but I was promptly given some sachets instead which was really appreciated. I really enjoyed the still lemonade. A very short walk from Glasgow Central station, this branch is well located too.

The staff in this branch were attentive and friendly. The food was up to the high quality that Nandos always has. Would recommend.

Tried the fino pitta for the first time and let me tell you, it might be better than the sunset burger. Tried the garlic pitta since it was new and it was better than expected (and tasted better than it looked), the red pepper chutney with it was delicious. The fino pitta is filled with chicken, grilled halloumi, caramelised red onion, lettuce, and garlic aioli. A great combination of flavours.

A fairly comfortable and friendly restaurant to dine in. Menu was easy to read and choose, even for a foreigner. Staffs were cool but helpful. A bit pricy to be really honest if judge that by food portion, but taste was good. Especially with their wide choice of sauce. Quite a good experience.

Nando’s probably some favorite here in the UK. But I prefer Pepe’s Piri Piri more because it’s rich in flavor and their Garlic Mayo hits different. The sauce that I chose was a seasonal period thing. It was really sour. The platter was decent. The hummus was really bad, I would rather have a hummus somewhere else better.
