As a home baker and food blogger with over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of trying countless dishes but my visit to Namak Mandi was truly something special. The food was phenomenal. We ordered Dahi bhalay, chicken mandi, Lamb charsi karahi and chapli kabab+ roghni naan. The chicken mandi was spot on, roghni naan fresh and fluffy, and every dish we ordered, packed with authentic flavour. What made the evening truly exceptional, was Jaffar, his humour and VIP-level service made the dinner truly special. We would definitely visit here again.

Jaffa our host was amazing, we hope to see him again next time we eat here. He’s truly memorable. We also met the Chef and the owner, and we thanked all of them for the wonderful meal. We would definitely return every time we are in Scotland!

We took special mix grill and lamb mandi with Rohan & regular Naans. Kebabs were authentic Iranian and Mandi was Peshawari. I was doubtful about the combo but they tasted juicy and full of flavours. The service outstanding—so friendly, funny, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend this place—not just for the food, but for the whole experience. Will definitely visit this when in Glasgow again.
