McDonald's Pollokshaw's Road, it's a McDonald's in the south side, the golden arches are the lights that shine bright in a area long overshadowed by the dazzling lights of the city centre a short distance from here Irn Bru wasn't available when I ordered myself a large steakhouse stack meal so I had to pay extra for Coke (god bless the sugar tax), and after completing a survey I got a Big Mac and medium fries, making the total about like at least ten pence (it was actually 12 pounds) The Coke? I've had better at other McDonald's restaurants, I'm not gonna comment on the fries because I generally think of them as not great at any McDonald's (they go cold after a quick while), here it was passable, although shout-out for giving my fresh fries out of pure luck when I was waiting for my Big Mac survey reward The nuggets (I got them as a offer from the McDonald's app) were good, bit devoid of taste but they were a offer so can't say much The Big Mac? That was actually almost cold when I got it, it still tastes good I guess? But I'm sorry that is still needed for note Steakhouse Stack was alright, it is a limited time burger that I never buy when it's on, bit cold but that was on me for waiting for the big mac

Not the servers fault but it's taken 45 mins so far and we've been trapped in the drive-through. Only one guy serving and delivering food. There is no way to leave the drive through once you're in. Plenty of servers in the other section and not one manager or other team member helping.

Walked up to the counter to pay, the cashier turned her back on me and proceeded to let me stand there whislt she served a deliveroo driver in their foreogn language, again completely ignoring me. I asked if there was not a queue system, she smiled and continued to talk to the deliveroo driver. The single worst experience in any mcdonalds, dont go here.

Where do you start Kiok machine not printing receipts or stuck as no error came up. No table service available on machine. So had to keep eye on laptop etc. But, what I want too know is. When was it a policy to allow small children to cycle around on a scooter & a balance bike. Despite bring this too the attention of the floor staff. I was told they had tried. The two ladies in charge of you call it of the children did not care. Because I asked to speak too a manager the parents over heard. Still no real attempt to stop the kids & an accident happened. Kid in tears. Eventually kids were controlled & I was told by parent to shut up. Did I have kids. As answered yes. But this is not a play ground. Young trainee duty manger came & sat with me. Also explained that they tried to stop them. Is it her fault, the parents or the lack of policy. 33 years in hospitality & my answer is policy. Would you allow dogs to run around. No. So why this. It’s bad enough that we now in society have to accept uber & over companies taken over the outside areas. But as a multi million turn over company why had the restaurant become a play area. Look forward to feed back. Poor experience

I went here for drive thru only wanted a milkshake and a frappe i got both cups in a holder which I placed on passenger seat and then left further down the road I decide to place milkshake in the cup holder and frappe in my door when I lifted the frappe the lid was not on and it spilled all over steering wheel trousers and continued onto my seat I phoned and got a manager called Sary who was not very helpful at all would not give me her name eventually did at the 3rd time of asking then she continued to say it was a accident well the person making these drinks up should ensure the lids fit the cups and they are secure
