Italian Pizzeria from Scotland (halal)

Awful service, do not order from here. Ordered a chicken wings, tikka with chips and a couple of sauces. Delivery driver arrived with two pizzas, pleaded with me to take them and he would deliver my original order the following day, took the pizzas both covered in chillies so neither of us could eat it . Immediately raised issue with uber, told to contact the restaurant (use that term loosely) directly, noted the issue with member of state (who was actually very nice) passed onto manager to contact me, 5 days go by, call them back and catch the manager off guard, he refuses to send the original order and can only offer 50%. Awful service, zero accountability and lies. Myself and my partner were both pleasant and understanding during this and wouldn’t normally chase these sorts of issues up, but it cost us £31.10 for 2 items, the pleasant member of the management teams retort was that the pizzas came to £40. O/10 would not bang! 8/10 staff member though

My order has never arrived. The restaurant said the delivery driver was trying to call me but I had no missed calls at all and no one pressed my buzzer either. Then they also claimed my pizza has been left OUTSIDE of my my front door, like literally on the street (?!) - on a Saturday night, in a busy area with plenty of pubs around... I went outside to check just in case, but obviously nothing was there.

I placed an order which they accepted and said were preparing, delivery was supposed to be 45 mins after. An hour and a half later nothing. Still said preparing the order. I called the restaurant 13 times, no answer. Order never came. Absolute disgrace!! Never order from here

Burger had a hair in it and was cold, they also didnt bother sending my onion rings and the chips were also cold and some not cooked all the way through 35 quid spent not worth it at all

Ordered via just eat - was told after 50 mins order was on its way. It’s only 5 mins down the road so after 20 mins called and was told I’d be called back. Another 20 mins passed, no call back, so called again however my phone calls were no longer being answered. I then tried to call again on my boyfriend’s phone and got through after one ring, that’s weird isn’t it; seems unprofessional. Was then told I’d be called back again, again I wasn’t and now I couldn’t get answered on either phone number. 20 mins later the delivery man called and after 2 HOURS of waiting, half of the meal was missing. Also, the pizza was something like the 99p ones from Asda. Come on now, it’s a cost of living if you are going to charge so much for a pizza please ensure it’s actually worth it.
