Blue Sky is a Chinese takeaway on Crow Road between Partick and Broomhill. The current operators brand it “New Blue Sky” and say the business was founded in 2024 — regulars on TripAdvisor talk about an older Blue Sky at the same address going back decades, so expect a familiar West End chip-shop Chinese under newer ownership. It’s evening takeaway and delivery, not a sit-down restaurant. Official hours are Sunday–Thursday 4:30–10:30pm and Friday–Saturday until 11pm, closed Tuesday. Google rates it around 4.1 from dozens of reviews; opinions split between people who like the portions and others who found quality changed after ownership swaps. Hyndland station is the nearest rail stop, with Partick Subway a longer walk down toward Dumbarton Road. Buses run along Crow Road.
Really affordable food with great portions. The staff was really friendly and helped me pick out the Chicken skewers alongside my Malaysian Chow mein and it was fantastic! I really enjoyed the food and will definitely be coming again! There was a good selection of Malaysian, Cantonese and Chinese dishes!

Ordered a delivery and have to say absolute rubbish compared to the previous good food from the blue sky £36 of hard earned money wasted definitely will not be back avoid at all costs until they change their chef.Honestly would have given 0 stars if Google allowed.
Read on Google MapsVery disappointed. They got our order wrong tonight and after we had put it on plates realised that it was cold. We wrang to arrange to pick up the missing chips after being asked on the phone to bring it back - well that is really not convenient so we reheated the food. Arrived to find out that they wanted back the prawn crackers. There were loud voices / arguing from the back and and after a ten minute delay I walked out wishing the folk in the queue to enjoy their meal but to check the order and ensure that they ask for it warm if that is their preference. Their approach to customer service is zero and we will not be back.
