Wee Mamak

I recently visited Wee Mamak with my friend in Glasgow was blown away by the authentic flavors. We tried many dishes were all gorgeous! their Laksa — that was rich, aromatic, and beautifully presented. Drinks were refreshing, especially the milk tea. Service was excellent — the staff patiently explained the dishes and offered recommendations, which made the experience more enjoyable. The ambience is cozy yet vibrant, perfect for both family dinners and casual outings. Prices were reasonable considering the generous portions and quality. Overall, I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to experience authentic Nyonya cuisine in Glasgow.

Food was amazing and authentic, portions were also quite generous. The curry really hit home as I did not experience this anywhere else in the UK. The mango drink was also really good as it was not too sweet and had nice chunks of mango. The service was even better as I felt like I was back in MY with all the warm hospitality from the staff. So glad to see that there is such a place to make you feel a home away from home.

I am so happy that they made a comeback!!!! It’s been a year since I last tasted their amazing food~ If you’re looking for authentic Malaysian cuisine this is definitely the place to go! I recommend the curry mee, chicken rice, and the dry wanton noodles! Defo a must go~

5/5 A hidden Gem! It’s my first time visiting. Absolutely love Wee Mimak! The nasi goreng is incredible – big portions, full of flavour, and always hits the spot. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the whole place is spotless. Great drinks, good vibes,, and a warm, welcoming homely atmosphere. This will be one of my favorite spots in Glasgow from now on. Highly recommend! 💐♥️✨

10/10 food and service as always. Been coming to them for authentic Malaysian food since they first opened as Mamak 2000, then soundbite and now wee Mamak. Probably the most authentic Malaysian food in the UK (London included, not kidding). Attentive and friendly staff members that always make me feel home. Glad they are back!
