Valentino's Fish and Chips

no one should ever order from this place,absolutely frozen,nan bread wasnt cooked but was brick hard,have my suspicion that the nan was out of date as it wasn't cooked but was that hard that the bread broke when I lifted it up was burned /cold /hard,this is the worst kebab ive ever seen,not one bit of it was edible,hope they have a facebook page so i can shame them with the pictures" this place should be shut down as there going to kill somebody seriously it's that bad and don't take any notice of the fake good reviews as the majority are true terrible reviews,when I phoned them they offered for me to come down next week for a free meal,but wouldn't refund me seriously why would eat anything from here after what uve jst sent me and I told them that they don't want me posting these pictures of the kebab

First and last time I order from here. I ordered 2 pizzas (a 9 inch and 12 inch), a smoked sausage supper and chips. Now on uber eats it says the delivery time is 15-20 minutes, I ordered at about about 17:45, the food arrived at 18:58. I was missing the 12 inch pizza, the other pizza had no salami, I was given battered sausage instead of jumbo and the food is cold and hard. My 3 year old daughter had been asking where here dinner was for about half an hour when the restaurant is only a ten minute drive according to Google maps. Funny how the reviews of this place have all been bad for the last 3 months. Clearly a not well managed establishment

Got a fish supper and a pizza crunch . I had the fish supper . The chips were good but the fish !! Burnt to a crisp . The batter was like eating crisps and the fish inside was so thin. Grandson said the pizza was tasteless and also burnt . Been here before and food was lovely but this time dreadful. Won't be back!

Fuming with my order. Ordered from Deliveroo. It arrived nice and hot but some of the items were missing. Chips and Cheese Large, Cheese Foccacia with onions and there was no onions and also the Stuffed Crust on the pizza. Called the restaurant tons of times to ask about them and no answer after a lot of rings so here I am giving a bad review about this restaurant. This is the second time it happened.

We put an order in just eat and then waited on coming and then when order came it was less then half the order came we had order 3 pizza and 3chips and 4porions fritters and then and 3 cans we only got 2pizza and then had brive to get rest of the order but we they would not make till doss would not arrive and that was 20 minutes later and then he took 20 minutes to make order and only made what was missing the other pizza went cold and fitters where well done and chips where we’ll done I will not be back to put an order in as the boss attitude stank he just blamed the other guy for his fault. I had to put 1stare to put review up.
