Subway

Horrendous. I'm a Subway novice & got zero help navigating ordering system & menu. Staff surly & slow. Got baked potato that wasn't even warm enough to melt the butter pat. It took tenacity to get them to (re)heat potato. Asked for Diet Coke was given bottle, a bit of sleuthing revealed that yes, they do have dispenser coke. All in all the most dispiriting & depressing food experience I've ever had. And all I wanted was a quick potato & some pop😬

So unbelievably rude!!! Walked in and the guy who worked there was re arranging stock, he looked at us and just carried on doing what he was doing. We stood there discussing what we were going to have between us. Then we stood in silence waiting with the guy still going what he was doing and didn’t say a single word after a few minutes we just walked out. Terrible customer service! 3 customers lost

The sandwich was good however the cookies were overcooked so I could not eat them 🥲 the ‘manager’ was incredibly cheeky towards me singling me out amongst a queue, very bad customer service with unhappy customers

Very rude staff the woman called Aazir was very rude to me. I asked for the chicken teriyaki and she didn’t even ask if I wanted cheese on it, she never smiled and when it came to asking me to pay she just went £10.50 no please no thank you nothing.

Absolutely disgusting, had food poisoning, and the woman was i rude staff had dirty gloves on they don’t change them cost living but people health is at stake by not changing the gloves regularly poor hygiene, disgusting food smell. The coffee was absolutely horrible waste of £6 10 had had stomachache as soon as it at the food, and the woman was in the Nile. It was the food that made me ill, because I did nothing else where scam people out money hope they get shut down loads people complaining here even the shops farm food was complaining. The guy said he had food from here, and he also had a dodgy stomach. And blamed others they horrible here taking advantage of the tourist avoid this place rude staff and won’t pay my money back consumer has a right to get the money back the food was disgusting she didn’t acknowledge it and said she kept on saying not them when it was her responsibility to change the gloves. She didn’t ask just dirty woman she needs locking up. I’m taking legal action against them poor hygiene standards in the shop given me Doggy stomachache avoid avoid this place poor hygiene standards The woman did not have a clue what she was on about rude disgusting person and asain lad stood by her side speaking for her also rude person no respect for them at all just money grab easier if you value dignity and your health, avoid this situation horrible people the food was rotten and she still. Give it me read your reviews. People are still complaining about this place and the areas full riddled grerms I’ve got your name and number the Blondie one.
