We had an amazing experience yesterday at the Mosob restaurant. From the moment we came in, were welcomed very warmly. The staff were super nice and professional. Especially Gagan, Abi and Daniel that looked after us throughout the evening. The food was sensational. We had a mixed platter and added a dish of “ful” with loads of injera bread. Three of us were full and satisfied, but it was so good that we ate to the last bit. We drank one of the best alcoholic drinks I tried ever: “tej”, which is a type of honey mead. It was so refreshing. We finished with traditional coffee, that was exceptional. When the staff learned I came to celebrate my birthday at their restaurant we were blown away by their response. We were given not only a complimentary shot of arak (anise vodka), but also a surprise complementary cake with a candle and a happy birthday singing. This was all by the staffs initiative that shows how much they care. Such a great example of hospitality. Thank you very much Mosob team! Please continue to make delicious food and keep the smiles and welcoming atmosphere. I will be back soon with friends and family.

Here at Mosob was the first time I experienced Ethiopian cuisine, and it made a great impression on me! I had the Doro Wat, which was so delicious, with a unique flavour I haven’t tasted before. I was also excited to try the Injera bread, which is absolutely perfect with such a tasty sauce! I also tried an Ethiopian beer, which was pretty good. My friend had Beef Tibsi, which she enjoys very much. She also had the shot of Ouzo which was interesting to watch, as it changed colour with the addition of ice. The star of the show for me was the Mead (Tej), which was one of the best drinks I have ever had in life! I often think about it, so maybe I should come again for more! The service was excellent, and everything was perfect. Thank you very much, I hope to eat here again!

Our first time getting Ethiopian and Eritrean food and drinks was here and couldn't be better. The mixed plate is absolutely delicious and enough for two. Service is amazing, they are really kind. All while listening to beautiful tezeta. ♥️

What can I say? This is the rarest hidden gem in Glasgow. The food, service and atmosphere is second to none. We had a vegan and mixed platter, vegan and meat samosas and this was accompanied by the Ethiopian lager, honey mead and finally wee shot to aid digestion and coffee. I thoroughly recommend!

One of the best Ethiopian and African food spots in Glasgow—truly underrated, possibly due to its location. I had a fantastic experience; the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the beers were great. Absolutely no complaints.
