Mmm...Delicious

Ordered on just eat after over an hour and a half I called the cafe to see where the delivery was as just eat never gave time. the women stated it was second to go out they where really busy which was fine 2 hours later still nothing but they had marked it as delivered which wasn’t the case I called them back as we didn’t receive anything. The women who answered stated that they had a big order ie buffet to do hence why my order wasnt even made yet . I stated to the women on the phone that they never stated that it wasn’t made yet and they actually told me it was actually second to go out and the women then started laughing which actually isn’t funny at all. Telling lies to a customer and laughing is unacceptable. Shouldn’t really take any orders if you know that no orders will be out on time if you’re doing a buffet. Think maybe the staff would need to do some training on their customer service .

I've ordered from Mmm...Delicious on 2 occasions now and the delivery has always been ahead of time and notes on orders considered. I had a a cake ordered that wasn't available and they sent another along with a handwritten note explaining which was such a nice gesture. The food quality is great and the pricing is honestly impressive to say the least.

Ordered food from this place and delivery took 3 hours, no joke. Multiple items were missing and food was cold and stale when arrived. Definitely don’t recommend this place! When called to ask for an update on delivery, you just get a rude response and attitude.

We come here often and the food and the service is always amazing. The girls are always so lovely and the food is unreal. Defo recommended.

Absolutely freezing 🥶 in cafe The staff are very unpolite and rude especially when I asked where the missing 🥓 and mushrooms 🍄 were from my BIG DADDY BREAKFAST 👨 she replied I forgot about the bacon 🥓 and we have no mushrooms so I asked her can I have something in place for the mushrooms and she replied saying IF IV NO GOT THEM I CANNY GIVE YOU THEM I REPLIED JUST KNOCK SOMETHING OF THE PRICE ? she replied 30P THAY COST 95P AS AN ADD ONN !!! THE PLACE COULD REALLY NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY AND GREASY LOOKING I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO MMM DELICIOUS OR IS IT DELIRIOUS 😋
