Little Tuscany is a family-run Italian on the corner of St Vincent Street and Renfield Street in Glasgow city centre, open from breakfast through to late evening seven days a week. It opened on 8 March 2024 in the former Jojo Macs unit (itself a short-lived 2023 successor to Bread Meats Bread), under owner Lawrence McManus, who also runs West End chippy Old Salty's. The venue positions itself as a coffee, bakery, deli and restaurant hybrid: espresso and pastries in the morning, a weekday lunch menu (£11.95), then pizza, pasta, risotto and secondi through the evening, with cocktails and Italian wine. Official hours are Monday–Saturday 8am–10pm and Sunday 9am–10pm; breakfast runs until 11.30am, with the à la carte from 11.30am. Pizzas on a 48-hour sourdough base sit around £15–19, pastas similarly, with steaks and fillets higher. There is a kids' menu (£6.95), gluten-free pizza and pasta options, and vegetarian and vegan breakfast choices. Dress is casual; Dish Cult lists disabled access and free WiFi. Book via Dish Cult or call 0141 221 9996. A discretionary 10% service charge appears on some bills and the restaurant says it can be removed on request. Buchanan Street Subway is roughly a 5–7 minute walk; Glasgow Central is a similar distance. Useful for a city-centre breakfast, weekday lunch, pre-theatre dinner or a casual Italian evening meal with children welcome.
Booked ahead for group of 6 for my birthday. None of us had been here before, but after excellent experience, we will definitely be back soon! Food was amazing, for vegetarians and omnivores, excellent drinks selection, and quick and friendly service. Was very busy already at 5pm on Saturday, so would book ahead just in case.

We had seating in the back of the resteraunt and staff were helpful and quick to check food to make sure it was suitable for people who had allergies Visited here a few times and never been able to finsh a meal but love the portions and choices on the menu.
Read on Google MapsWent to the place and tried their schnitzel with pasta. The best I can say is that the food was very bland and tasteless. The schnitzel was more likely microwaved and didn’t taste like chicken. £75 was a rip off for 3 mains that were not that special. Also the staff had the impertinence to add a service charge of £7 on top of the actual price for the food, basically sticking their hand in my pocket without my consent. If I want to give you a tip, I will happily offer it it, only if I am happy with the food and your service. But I wasn’t. Guys, If you want a proper chicken schnitzel go to Bucks Bar. The food is far far better quality and you actually enjoy every bit of it, not to mention the atmosphere in there compared to this place where half of our stay a guy talked loud on the phone using his speaker while sipping through a glass of water. Will never come back for the reasons listed above.
Read on Google MapsThis is a nice, quiet place in the city centre. Although it looks unassuming from the outside, it's quite spacious inside so plenty of seating. The food is great, they have a good amount of options of both pizza and pasta, as well as first and second mains, as it's typical in Italy. I would definitely recommend for a quick and satisfying, filling dinner on a busy night when you are in town and wondering what to eat.
