Wouldn’t Return Even If It Was Free Ordered through Just Eat and nowhere did it say that vinegar would be put all over my chips, cheese, and donner meat. Completely ruined the food. If I wanted vinegar, I would’ve asked for it! Tried calling the restaurant to give them a chance to sort it, but ended up speaking to a rude and argumentative staff member who clearly wasn’t interested in listening just talking over me. Instead of apologising or offering any kind of solution, he told me I should “put it in the delivery notes next time.” Well, there won’t be a next time. Poor food, worse customer service. Avoid.

Just ordered a sausage supper. I didn’t have any cash in shop with me and was asked to do a bank transfer. Hmm no. I asked after looking at the fish if it was normal batter as in the pic the batter had herbs. I was assured it was. You can tell new management and they were lovely but I’ll let the pic tell you. It was like a pakora batter with no taste and heavy. The sausage was dry texture and absolutely no taste or moisture. The chips were great. Not great. You can tell cutting corners to save money

One of the best one stop Fast food in the town , Loved the vibe and taste . Highly recommended.

Food tastes fresh, delivery is fast and they’re open late - chippy chips is a bonus too!

After a minor car incident left me with a injury to my hand, spice invited us in and provided help out of pure kindness, they displayed the best of humanity with no promise of reward. Even if the food is not to your taste. They deserve your business simply for being a shining example of community.
