As a Canadian, I always feel a little giddy when I find a Tim Hortons as I travel abroad. It's not the best coffee, but it is good, consistent, and dependable. Just don't expect to pay the same price as "back home" when you ask for a Double Double (2 creams and 2 sugars). The deserts have a homey feel, and yet, some of the better more experimental versions of a donut (doughnut) can sometimes be found outside of Canada. Let it be known that Timmy's brought back favourite retro flavours in Canada in 2025 and that it may be a reason why we haven't seen these in our provinces. There was a birthday party in the upstairs room at the time of our visit, which is not something that I have ever heard of happening at a Tim's before.
Read on Google MapsI'm rating Tim Hortons against other fast food places, so for the money you pay it's for stars for me. You can order view screens or at the till. There's lots of choice, today I was in for lunch. Ordered a wrap, lattice fries and juice. Paid £7.50 and enjoyed it. Their donuts are great including the tim bits.
Read on Google MapsTim Hortons in Northern Ireland I like. This city centre iteration, not so much. Friendly engaging staff who aim to be helpful and good tunes. The free wifi is handy. Toilets a bit of a disaster though, and they serve in takeaway cups only. Also, my wife's first time in Tim Hortons and she's gluten and lactose intolerant. She had apple juice as nothing else she good have, although they do have goats milk
Read on Google MapsA reasonable facsimile of the Canadian locations. The chocolate on the doughnuts tastes better, but isn't the same texture.
Read on Google MapsExcellent service and friendly staff. Was running late for the train and he told me the time it would take so I could time it correctly! For the wait he even threw in a hash brown which was very kind. Good food and made the train!
