Taco Bell

Very good customer service - I had my dog along with a suitcase so was kind of struggling to order on the self service while having her on the extended lead outside so 2 employees kept my dog safe outside (this was a Friday night and everyone was wanting to pet her) I got my food and to my surprise they gave us a box full of chicken for her which she highly enjoyed it - i think she recommends here 🤣

The place was dirty, all the tables were covered with food from the last customers. The toilets were dirty as public toilets. The staff making the food did their best but were not Taco Bell standards. Very disappointed.

The restaurant was filthy - tables, floors, toilets and stairs. Food very mediocre and expensive for what it was - fast food. How do you rate service when the only interaction is "order 29" it was early in the day, so absolutely no excuse for dirty tables and dirty water on the stairs - it was like the floor had been cleaned using a dirty mop. Not a good level of hygiene. Won't be eating there again.

Place was filthy, food and napkins everywhere. The staff had a carefree persona and didn’t seem to care about the dirty environment. The toilet's looked as if they had sick all over them from days ago. I ordered quesadillas that wasn’t even cut and the drinks are warm. Can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went tonight despite the not-so-great reviews as we just wanted something quick. Ordered nachos - with a side of jalapeños and 3 supreme tacos. As we were leaving I even double checked that the jalapeños were in the bag as I didn’t see them. The worker said they were in the box in a separate container, so I believed him. Was wrong of me to do so because when we got back to our hotel room there were no jalapeños in the bag at all. Also, there was sour cream on the outside of everything and one of the tacos was leaking juices everywhere. The nachos had barely any cheese and a blob of sour cream. Believe the reviews and avoid this place.
