Subway

I was the only person ordering in the shop. The machine wasn't working properly and kept on freezing. I was trying to ordered 4 footlongs and each time I was halfway through an order it froze and I had to start again. I moved machines and it had the same issue. I asked the woman if I could order directly and she said no. She came out to help and the same issue occurred. I had wasted circa 10 minutes at the point and she wanted me to try a third machine. I wasn't willing to do this and walked out. Ridiculous.

poor customer service, workers refused to take orders at the till which was disappointing, the machines were difficult to use so a worker helped, how can they help use a machine but not use a till? no customise button till after u click on a sub, also when going to the till there was quite an attitude on the worker, also got home to try the footlong churro and it was stale ! would not recommend.

excellent service and always a friendly welcome. wouldn't choose any other one. girls who work there are always so chatty and warm. the only subway we go to!

I work across the road and went in for a subway salad. Firstly the women gave me old brown lettuce to which I asked for fresh and she changed. I got double chicken tikka and went back in my work to eat. As soon as I bit into the chicken it was brick solid and freezing, she had given me frozen chicken and I genuinely feel ill. I went back to kindly request for a refund and was met with a rude women who tried to say it wasn't frozen when I handed her the frozen meat she said "you should have asked for it heated" as if that would of made any difference. Rather than apology as I wanted a cash refund, no apology, nasty looks and being talked about in front of my face. Terrible good portion, quality and staff .

This store is so friendly always pleasant and quick service. The hygiene is immaculate with staff wearing disposable gloves when handling food The food is always fresh and the shop is spotless. I would definitely recommend coming here to dine.
