Subway

One of the worst subway i have ever been to. Someone named as Sam is a mannerless and arrogant person working there. All the time he was talking rudely. I asked for footlong nachos he didn’t ask me which flavour and also gave me less shredded cheese without asking. Rudely replied when i said i want chilli heatwaves he said you have to say that by yourself we don’t ask from ourselves. Shameless rude behaviour these people have like the own the place. Even if you are a multi millionaire you cannot have a sick behaviour. I left all my order over there i choose my respect over their bad behaviour and left. I would request you to never visit such places. They don’t know how to give service to customers. Let them learn how to speak before working. I would like to request the responsible person to teach them some manners first.

I have bought sandwiches atleast 4-5 times over here. Everytime i open it, its burnt. I dont know if something is wrong with their toaster but i never liked it. I am a subway fan but this subway doesn’t meet the standards. Moreover they dont have a app scan machine. Disappointed.

Very reasonable and delicious food. They were super busy, as it's a brand new store right next to the university and in a bus station. They were professional despite being busy and followed the process with utmost care from changing gloves to adding the sticker to the subway wrap at the end. It's not a secret. 🍽️🚍🚌 The only recommendation is to never be understaffed at this location.

I have been to subway before but this time I tried the buchanan bus station outlet, honestly the food was okay but the customer service is worst especially the women who works in the evening, they really need to be polite and customer friendly. I think I am going to avoid subway for a long time
