Starbucks Coffee

Very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks (Store No. 49502, Order No. 11500). The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told us to clear the table and remove the cups ourselves before leaving, and even said “you always leave your table dirty” – which is completely rude, especially as this was my very first visit to this store. We also asked if we could have our drinks served in cups, but she refused. This is not the level of service you would expect from Starbucks – very poor customer care.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Very disappointing experience tonight at this Starbucks (Order #11500). We were 5 friends, and the staff were extremely unprofessional — one in particular was outright disrespectful. She accused us of something we never did — leaving our table dirty — which is absolutely false and unfair. We always respect the place, yet she chose to treat us with hostility instead of basic courtesy. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not falsely accused or spoken to in such a rude manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a very negative impression. Starbucks should ensure their staff are trained to handle customers properly — tonight’s attitude was far below the standard expected from a global brand.

very nice place amazing drinks kind employees but i ordered online in app 2 drinks one of them wasn't available i pick up one and the after 8 minutes they said to me the other one wasn't available. so i changed my choice but no apology from anyone eh thanks

Great stop off place when leaving M74 at Polmadie off ramp. Great sandwiches cakes and coffee at reasonable prices. Has outdoor seating and good parking

It's smaller and generally quieter than most Starbucks but the staff are great, I always get a set and it's a little more chill than most. Very handy to nip off and back onto the motorway.
