Popeyes Louisiana Chicken

I visited Popeyes Glasgow Sauchiehall street for the first time yesterday with a friend. We opted to sit in. The restaurant itself was in a horrible state. All bins were overflowing, to the point where people started putting their trays and rubbish on top of the bins. We found a table to sit at, although there was some rubbish on the table. And the table was not clean either. Looking around all tables had rubbish on them. When our order was ready we received the order in take away packaging instead of a tray. According to the staff member behind the counter 'there are no clean trays'. I guess not one staff member could have been pro-active in emptying the bins, and cleaning the trays? Then there was the issue of no napkins and no cutlery available. Only those lemon scented wet wipes. We spend a little under an hour in the restaurant. The whole time we haven't seen any staff member in the restaurant, only staff in the kitchen. No one to empty the bins and clean the tables. Before we left I used the toilet. Even the toilets were messy and not clean. Toilet paper on the floor, toilet itself not clean, the sink not clean. The food was good though. It was hot, looked and tasted great. Considering everything, this was the one and only time I visited Popeyes. Which is a shame as the food tasted great. But it also made me wonder. If the restaurant looked this bad, how clean is the kitchen?

Justin, the waiter, was absolutely amazing. We just grab a sit after ordered and he gave us some cups for the soda; he was very attentive and helpful. I spent £30 in a burger meal deal and 12 hot wings with a strawberry shortcake smoothie (which didn’t have any flavour of strawberry). But the food was really good, well cooked

It was a great experience. I visited this place a lot with my friends after I graduated from university. We used to order a vanilla drink. It was very delicious. I highly recommend it. I ordered it once through delivery. It was good, but it wasn't very hot. However, I enjoyed the spicy flavor. I love it very much. I recommend everyone to try it. Enjoy.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Zerin provided one of the best customer services I’ve ever received — she was incredibly helpful, polite, and respectful throughout. The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a warm, positive atmosphere. I travelled all the way from Newcastle and it was absolutely worth the trip. I’ll definitely be coming back again and recommending this place to all my friends and family!

Was here with my kids yesterday. It dies exactly what it says on the tin well. Food is fast and efficient service but the hero of the place is Justin on the floor. He is so happy and watching and helping the tables in between clearing up. He was handing out wipes to help clean hands when you finished and place was really busy. Well done for being an inclusive employer and well done to Justin for bringing sunshine to our day. Well done also to a really strong female team(don’t often see this in ff industry) for being so fast and efficient 5/5 for everyone x
