Pizza Hut

The lack of service & cavalier attitude is astonishing & I am not very hard to please having worked in the service industry myself I know how difficult it is. I had to patiently wait for over 20 mins even though my pizza was ready & sitting on the counter, none of the staff even acknowledged me, the last update was "the pizza is in the oven", the worse part is I was the only one in the restaurant & they still didn't inform me that my order was ready to collect. The staff or the manager didn't seem to care. The staff denied knowing what a VAT receipt was either & mentioned that they didn't "have anything like that". Quite bizzare but the pizza was up to standard & frankly the only redeeming bit. Would recommend walking to Argyle Street.

Brilliant service and great food! There was an error with my delivery order (possible website issue/my fault), but Greg in the branch was really helpful. Sent out a replacement within 20 mins and was helpful and courteous throughout. Food was delicious - would definitely order from there again! Happy customer 😊

Was taken care of pretty quickly the guy was polite and efficient getting my food to me. It was good customer service. Greg was fantastic. I'll definitely be coming again.

Took my order, never delivered it then ignored my calls. Disgraceful service and it took 3 days talking to customer service to get a refund.

Ordered on the pizza hut website for collection. Ordered a medium custom 4 topping pizza with a bbq base and it was made perfectly and ready to collect in about 20 minutes and only cost a tenner. The online updates were very helpful and once I arrived I was given my pizza straight away.
