Oaka Supercity George Street

NO WAY!! Did I just bumped into one of the most customer friendly Asian stores. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND WILL BE BACK SOON

Nice asian store with a cafe inside serving drinks including matcha. Friendly staff Nice store for a quick visit for any asian food items. Not as much variety of choices compared to other asian stores (e.g. iMart) but still worth a visit!

This is a very lovely store, with a wide variety of Asian produce, at good prices. The staff are kind and helpful too! I love to buy the Lao Gan Ma here, which is perfect with rice, chicken, noodles, and much more! I also like to try random things, like Japanese KitKats or Korean drinks, and others. I would love to come back! Thank you!

Great find! The selection in store is great, and to top it off, some lovely “street food”. The staff were all great, place was clean, food was quick, and most importantly - tasted amazing! I even got some Char Sui Bao’s to take away, as they were that good! Very well priced, we will be back!

Oaka is half asian grocery store, half street food vendor. Given it’s super central location in Glasgow City Centre, it’s one of the most affordable places to grab a quick lunch. They have rice, noodles, and dim sum. Being a grocery store means that you can grab anything from the shelves and eat it inside the store. They even provide hot water if you want to grab a cup noodle. Fresh sushi is available during the week too. We made a full video review of Oaka on our channel, The Olive Tree Family.
