The customer service was disgusting at the window in the drive through the woman took my money gave me my change without saying a word and closed the window before I could ask for something, Only bought a 9 chicken nugget meal and they managed to get that wrong and give me the complete wrong order, a small fries and spicy nuggets when what I ordered was your basic 9 chicken nugget large meal. Ridiculous. Going back round to get my meal right this time the same woman from before interrupted me while I was trying to explain and simply said ‘move next window’ and again slammed the doors in my face, will not be going back here for this absolute disgrace of customer service and getting my order wrong wasted time.

Stopped in McDonald’s before the match at Celtic Park — absolute chaos in the best way possible! Place was mobbed but the staff kept it running like champions. Got my Big Mac quicker than Kyogo scores on a good day. 🍔⚽ Even with the crowd buzzing and folk singing in the queue, the team stayed friendly, smiling, and got everyone fed before kick-off. Fair play to them — they deserve a medal for handling that kind of match day madness! Mon the burgers, mon the Hoops! 💚🤍

Ordered through just eat, I’m aware this is a just eat issue but every piece of my order was absolutely freezing. Not one piece of it was warm at all. Half of my drink had been spilt and delivery driver said nothing

Tried hundreds of McDonald's and really is the first time I've had hot fries fast service clean restaurant can't ask for any more

Very slow service today. Bag was nearly see through with grease. No paper to print order slip. Strange serving hatch, where employees seem no longer visible to the public. Clean restaurant and parking area.
