McDonald's

I have ordered from this McDonalds plenty of times and usually I try give the benefit of the doubt but nearly every time these melts mess it up. I'm not being funny but all you need to do is put the food in the bag bro and you lot cant even do that. I don't know who you lot are hiring down there but the managers seriously need to get a grip. Messing up once or twice is acceptable but these lot seem to never get it right, It's not rocket science guys. Don't think you can call to complain or attempt to get anything rectified either because they'll never answer. Bunch of clowns. I'm adding this after reading the other reviews; Clearly this place is not being run correctly and whoever runs it needs to re think their staff. There are so many people who are desperate for jobs, give the jobs to people who actually want them. Furthermore, please read through the reviews and you can see how poor this establishment really is. At what point is it just robbery?

Yet again I have ordered food and my order was missing items today’s order was missing two Big Macs McDonald’s isn’t answering their phone but they took the money off my account for the burgers, they can cancel food after 20 minutes when it says preparing I would not recommend this McDonald’s since they just cheat their customers out of food.

I had a very disappointing experience while picking up order #1448 from this McDonald’s branch. I was left waiting for 45 minutes even though the order ticket was printed and stuck on the wall, giving the impression it was ready. However, the staff hadn’t even started preparing it properly. It felt like the delay was intentional, possibly just to make their system look good. Despite asking for help three times, including from the manager on duty, no one showed any concern or urgency. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I tried to be polite and cooperative, but I was ignored, which was extremely frustrating. This kind of treatment makes the job unnecessarily difficult for delivery drivers like me. I hope this issue is taken seriously and steps are taken to improve staff behavior and service efficiency.

Overall, a great experience at this McDonald’s — the food was fresh, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. The restaurant is clean and well-located, making it a convenient stop. Just one small issue: the first floor often runs out of tissue paper, so I had to go downstairs to grab some. It’s a minor inconvenience, but hopefully something that can be improved. Other than that, everything else was spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back!
