McDonald's

Went for drive-through and got incredibly slow service. Took over 45 minutes to get my food after ordering, coffee was cold, wraps were basically thrown in the boxes without being wrapped properly, so ended up having to peel everything off the inside of the box. I'd be less bitter had this not happened three times. I'd avoid this particular McDonalds. Once is an accident, twice is coincidence. Three times is incompetence.

Absolutely useless. Order left on the counter with no member of staff actually checking it was picked up by the right person. They obviously didn’t check the order either as items were missing and no sauces given. The staff in here should really just pick up their ball and go home. Worst McDonalds in the area by far.

Big Tasty was a Big Disappointment. Slow service, chips were rubbish. Really disorganised staff and kitchen. Worst McDonald’s about. How can they get it so wrong

This mcdonald’s is most DEFINITELY a mixed bag. Firstly the staff who welcomed myself and my little granddaughter into the establishment was lovely. Angela is a sweetheart and treated us with care and respect…but then, we ordered at the machine and the lack of receipt was APPALLING. At this outrage i trotted over to the til, where the other worker showed not as much love for the gig as Angela had (big up). Food was hella meh but vibe was poppin. Me and the mandan finna be here every wednesday at 2 o’clock after the bingo. Angela best be there, if not then the rest can be square. Peace love tekkerz. Much love to the big man upstairs. Euan😼

Just the worst. Again hit n miss with what you receive with it being McDonalds, although I will say I always enjoyed their lattes, fries have sometimes been inedible. Unfortunately I haven't returned to this Mcdonalds out of principal back at the end of last year. I ordered my usual 3 piece chicken selects meal with a regular latte, upon eating the fries I felt something not quite right and retrieved a small light coloured hair from my mouth - yep looks like a body hair from down below. Unfortunately I dropped this by my keyboard area and was unable to find it again in order to take a pic to send onto them, but yeah totally unacceptable and unhygienic. Another thing, dodge during lunch times during school time. It would appear kids are allowed to return regardless of hurling verbal abuse at staff - surely management should be protecting their staff and banning kids or implementing better rules, but profits before people right? Definitely the worst McDonalds I've been to. Unhygienic and poorly managed.
