Don’t bother getting a delivery from here. Every single time at least one item is missing or wrong. In this case 4 items were missing. If it was once or twice I wouldn’t be bothered but this is a consistent issue with this store. It’s just as bad when you go in in person but at least you can correct them in store.

Service was okay but could have been quicker as it was early in the morning and quiet within. The hash browns were tasty but very greasy and the toilets were locked upstairs meaning that I had to use a disabled toilet downstairs which smelled very bad.

It’s the type of places that really make you feel guilty and stupid as you go back in, although you keep promising yourself you’ll never put a foot in again. Dodgy place, tense atmosphere, long wait, the burgers and fries look and taste more terrible each time, challenging your digestive functions. Avoid.

Honestly worst experience, managed to get 3 of my orders wrong in one time. Then had the cheek to get annoyed when asked to remake and change it (in which she made terribly on purpose and tastes rubbish). Happened on multiple occasions as well, so not just a one time thing :/ All of this just for my food to be freezing after getting it all sorted out.

Given its location and lack of security it welcomes a number of undesirables. Staff were quick to eject after we advised them of a beggar going round the tables so kudos for this. Smelly toilet near serving area, and I've pictured this guy who was sitting next to us having soiled himself. Overall not a pleasant experience. Handy for train station, building has 2 levels.
