Mack Chicken Hut

The food came in a greasy, taped up pizza box, there was so much grease that the bottom almost broke, the potatoes hadn't been peeled at all, there was more cooking oil engrunged within the box than in the chips left edible by the grease. I stayed up until 3am to wait for this meal and I have never been more insulted by this geneva code violation. I DO NOT RECCOMEND

The owners of this place need to be locked up. The mere existence of this restaraunt is a war crime in itself, let alone the food; which is biological warfare at the very best. The Chicken "bucket" arrived in a pizza box from a seperate restaraunt alongside the chips, both of which were unseasoned and a chore to eat, much of which we didnt, the milkshake had a horrible gunk on the sides of the plastic cup, and I couldnt finish anything in the meal. I didn't think it was possible to mess up cooking chicken before I ate here. Would not recommend. Unless you really dislike someone.

Honestly, I see low reviews all the time and I always give these places the benefit of the doubt... once... and I REGRET ordering from here. I've got severe stomach cramps from the food. It was lukewarm, the kebab had an odd taste to it and the restaurant was borderline shack-worthy. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm sure the guy who runs it is lovely... but there's no excuse for corner cutting when it comes to quality of food. Especially basic kebab and salad. Food quality is atrocious. So bad, in fact, that I've submitted a complaint to the FSA due to the unclean environment where the food was prepared, as well as the clearly stale kebab being used here. I need to recommend you do NOT try this food. It is poor quality. For context, I've got a steel stomach. I am a high ranked Google Reviewer. I love trying new places irrespective of their reviews, so I can see for myself. This is the case where I wish I followed the reviews. Please, order from somewhere else. If this is the only place open, wait. Order tomorrow from elsewhere. This restaurant was disgusting. The service? As expected. The food? I've had to file a complaint to the FSA. That's all you need to know.

I had ordered for a whooping £90 delivery, but all I received was disgusting food, apart from the food being stale it had a wee insect in it also when I wanted to have a chicken tandoor there were bird feathers and hair init. I have reported it to the food authorities. These type of takeaways must be sealed

I phoned in for an order for a meal and he took my order at 4.oclock on the 04.11.2021 and i called the shop again at 5.50 pm to see what was happening about my order he then told me their wasn't a delivery driver and there wasn't any Electricity and I told him am not bying anymore stuff out of his shop he's also got a bad delivery service. He also has no delivery driver he does the delivery's him self he is one cheeky man also I would rather order out of KFC. If I could give him 0 I would this shop should be closed down all together I wouldn't recommend anyone to order any food out off his shop when I ordered from this take away for the first time I ordered a box of chicken and when I got it the chicken had a weird taste I think he doesn't even change his cooking oil
