Jollibee Glasgow

It was my first time dropping in Jollibee as my wife chose the place for our lunch. We both loved & enjoyed the food though we just had few items. It was worth it and we were planning to visit back again to try other food items.

The Buldak loaded fries advert influenced us to go in. The chicken tenders were dry and couldn’t feel any spice from them. The loaded fries would’ve been a lot nice if they were hot, more lukewarm temperature which was weird as the place was rammed. I typically like all things Buldak but the sauce was let down by the physical temperature of the meal.

I visited Jollibee Glasgow and really enjoyed the food. The chicken was nicely cooked with great flavour crispy on the outside and tender inside. The overall taste was delicious and lived up to expectations. Service was smooth, and the place had a lively, friendly vibe. A pleasant experience overall

Loved the fries. Crispy and hot. The fried chicken was just as good as what I’ve had at Jollibee in other countries. Tried the coconut and pineapple pie for the first time. It tasted quite good!

Terrible and slow customer service. They were getting orders wrong, including mine. Staff were shouting at each other and at delivery drivers. There were clear communication issues between staff and customers as well as between the staff. It made a number of customers feel awkward. The incorrect orders also delayed service as people had to keep going back for missing items or correct items. They mixed and matched how they gave items, so if going as a group, I recommend ordering separately to avoid merged meals, which can be awkward to split back out with the people who wanted the items. I have no problem with merged items but ask the customer first. The restaurant was clean in most parts but not the cleanest I have ever been to. I did not enjoy my experience here, which ruined my meal, which was a shame as the food was good.
