Grosvenor Casino

Lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were great and the food exquisite. I will recommend the kutsu curry and the Salmon. Our server was an amazing young man.

Can I just say the staff here are amazing. They're honestly the best casino is the city of Glasgow. They're welcome, friendly and accepting. They're understanding and approachable. This one girl who works behind the bar, works as hard as you can. She is just new but I can tell shes got the attitude and the spirit this casino represents. I cannot remember her name but... Shes American and from Austin, Texas. I seen her deal with very rude customers and she dealt with it with grace and respect. Also the door staff are respectful and understanding, I feel people don't realize that they're just people and are trying their best. The best safety stewards in the business. I would go here over any night club or bar because obviously the manager has done something right. I look forward to the amazing things you'll do and positive things this business will achieve. Great poker room, please check open times for poker. The casino is open but poker starts later

Spent a few hours in this particular casino on a weekend away and safe to say it was not the standard welcome as previous trips to other company’s have provided. On entering we were not spoken to by either the security or reception and after walking up to the desk quite surprised we were not stopped or spoken to I asked if we could sign up to be members as this was our first visit to any Grosvenor casino. The staff member then took our details and after walking off did not provide us with a membership and I asked another member of staff and was told to come back in 10 minutes. I did so and the staff member then had no idea we wanted to sign up as a member so had completely ignored my request took our details gave us a card and did not provide any sign up perks which going off experiences with other casinos and what I have read below should have happened. I don’t expect this but surely it should be either no one or everyone ? The casino itself has a nice layout which is the only reason it has got more than a 1 star as quite frankly you felt like a ghost in this place as no one acknowledged you and the staff had zero enthusiasm. Can’t see myself returning to Grosvenor.
