Overview

City Guys was a Parkhead takeaway at 92 Westmuir Street (G31 5BJ), with a broad fast-food menu: jerk and BBQ chicken boxes, smash and chicken burgers, wraps, pizzas, calzones, fatayers, and kids meals. Burgers were cheap by Glasgow standards — chicken burgers from about £4.50, jerk/BBQ singles around £6, meals with fries a couple of pounds more. Treat current opening as uncertain. Uber Eats shows the shop closed on that platform from 20 December 2024. Companies House records for City Guys Ltd (SC820545) at this address show the company dissolved on 8 April 2025. The website cityguysglasgow.com has been unreliable to reach. The premises have also appeared in leasehold takeaway-for-sale listings aimed at the Parkhead / stadium trade. If you are heading to Westmuir Street, confirm on the day whether anything is still trading under this name — Celtic Park is nearby, and the unit has changed hands before.

I recently tried City Guys for a burger takeaway, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The menu offers a great variety of burgers, from classic beef to chicken and even some tasty veggie options. I went with the "city guys Smashed burger" burger, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavourful, and with just the right amount of toppings. The portion sizes were generous, and the fries were crispy, just how I like them. The packaging kept everything fresh and warm until I got home, which is a big plus for a takeaway. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back to City Guys for my burger cravings!

I order 2 burgers today they were delicious. The chicken burger was really tasty. The beef burger was juicy and well-done. I also got garlic sauce for free. Great service.
