I’m not even kidding — the service at BrewDog was so good it actually caught me off guard. Like… when did BrewDog become this wholesome?? Every single person there seemed to radiate joy and competence like they’d just been promoted by the universe itself. But Hamza — absolute legend. The kind of server who somehow manages to be everywhere at once without ever making you feel rushed. Attentive but chill. Friendly but not fake. The kind of guy who makes you think, “If everyone in hospitality was like this, we’d have world peace.” I came in expecting decent beer and maybe a slightly sticky table — instead, I got a masterclass in good vibes and customer service. Everyone was so lovely it started to feel like a social experiment to see how long it would take me to notice. (Spoiler: immediately.) I don’t usually write reviews, but this felt like one of those rare times when people actually cared, and I left in a better mood than I arrived. BrewDog, you’ve done something magical here. Hamza, if you’re reading this — thank you for restoring my faith in humanity, one pint at a time. 🍺💫

Had an amazing time here on a random Tuesday! We stumbled upon the place through google searches, had one look at the menu and decided to go! We reserved online and got a really nice booth once we got there, decided on a drink and after careful consideration ordered some food. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and they took that very seriously, which is super nice! We told them cheese is usually okay (as he ordered a burger with cheese and cheese sauce on it), but he came to double check anyway. The food was amazing, I had really nice Korean BBQ chicken tenders that were super tender and the sauce with them was super sweet. I wanted dessert and picked the icecream sando, the waiter mentioned there’s an option to play rock paper scissors with him and if I won I’d get the dessert for free (which I did, best dessert ever!!). Absolutely amazing service, even got some pointers as where to go since we’re tourists with some spare time. Loved every minute here!

What we tried was delicious. One of the best burgers we've ever had. The place was nice and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home.

Absolutely brilliant, top tip, join the Brewdog club for free, add the qr code to your wallet and bingo, you next pint is free. The lads behind the bar helped sort it out for me, just the best beer 🍻 great location and brilliant pub. And love all the photos of the pub dogs 😅

Popped in here quickly for food and a pint. As you'd expect, amazing beer selection, and the food was great too! Went for regular wings, which are some of the best I've had. Great service, food arrived quickly. Definitely want to return. Thanks.
