The food is good, but it's not worth it for how much you lose overall. Most of the time orders are wrong, the chain in general I think needs to do more training. Good food but just keeps letting down

I have the black Friday voucher book so trying to use it up. Been twice in past week food is nice but expensive even with the vouchers. The bbq sauce burnt the mouth off me. Peri curly fries are lovely. Burrito was nice, we had a chicken platter to share with lemon and herb sauce that was nice but we were served freezing cold out the fridge corn it's supposed to be hot with butter like the day before was.

The meals are very delicious but there are something makes me disappointed. 1- You cant get ice for your drinks and drinks always not cold enough. 2- Menu is complicated. They should make it self service order or something else. 3- chairs and tables does not feel clean

Always a great meal and with huge portion sizes of chicken you can never complain. Also love the extra sides with the fully loaded black rooster nachos, or the peri peri fully loaded fries. Over all great recommendation going here, I’m sure anyone won’t be disappointed with the taste and value for money, with either quick dine in meal, a takeaway or getting a home delivery.

Ah’ve been tae this place a few times now, an’ the food’s honestly brilliant – proper tasty and always spot on. But ah need tae speak up aboot somethin’ important. The staff at the till – especially the women workin’ there – haven’t been treatin’ customers fairly. It feels like they’re no that nice tae certain folk, especially if ye’re a migrant or no native tae here. We come tae enjoy the food and support local business, but we should be treated wi’ the same respect as anyone else. Hope management takes this seriously, cause it’s no a good look for such a great spot. Cheers.
