The Loveable Rogue East End

My first Sunday roast, but the (local) family sitting next to me says it’s one of the best in the entire country… It was a lovely meal and a great experience at the lovable rogue… Mac & Cheese w/brisket was a standout. Thanks to andrew for great service!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at **The Lovable Rogue** in East End, Glasgow, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with stylish decor that added to the charm of the place. The staff were incredibly attentive. The highlight was definitely the food—everything was cooked to perfection! I had the Sunday roast dinner, and it was absolutely delicious, with tender meat, perfectly roasted vegetables, and all the right trimmings. It was one of the best roasts I've had in a long time. If you’re looking for excellent food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere, The Lovable Rogue is a must-visit!

Nice place. We opted for steak fries (medium rare). Steak was definitely rare. It was reasonable given the £12 price tag. The peppercorn sauce was really good a d the side of Mac n cheese with ndjua was also very good. All in all not bad.

From start to finish the experience at loveable rogue has been absolutely phenomenal, the food and staff are absolutely incredible very attentive and accommodating great customer service from Joe, Spike, Dimitri, Holly & Ellie, It’s people like them that make you want to come back to places like this 10/10 will be back again soon. Can’t thank them enough 🤍🤍

We visited The Loveable Rogue for the Sunday Roast for two, based on a recommendation. Despite booking early to avoid a window seat, we were seated by the window due to the booking system. The food, particularly the Yorkshire pudding and beef with gravy, was excellent and well-cooked, though the pricing felt a bit steep for two courses. While there was some confusion with seating, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. A delicious meal we’d recommend, though with hopes for smoother/preferred seating next time.
