The cafe is very clean. The restaurant is very large and they have a lot of sofa. The food is very delicious and good price.
Read on Google MapsZERO, POOR customer service. Today afternoon I came to Tesco cafe in springburn with my two toddlers and my autistic son to have some food. Because of the challenges of my autistic son, i asked the one of the waitress to help me to order food, but she refused, telling me i had to get it myself. So I left the toddlers at the table and took my autistic son with me to order food. At the till the other waiter was giving me cold service when I was trying to order food while trying to soothing my autistic son. Then when I asked her for 3 drinks, the waitress told me to go and get myself even though she saw me struggling soothing my autistic son while my other toddlers are alone at the table. At the end the two waiters were giving us straight looks. TERRIBLE customer service.
Read on Google MapsDon't bother. Simple as that. We ordered 4 x Avo on toast with egg and bacon. Order arrived 10 minutes after ordering however each one was covered in chilli flakes which was mentioned no where on the item listing. To make matters worse, one had a scatter of chilli flakes and the other looked like the cap fell off the jar of chilli flakes. None of us can eat chilli flakes. Looked around the cafe and there was no staff to be seen. Went to the kitchen and waited by the door and when someone came out I said 'excuse me' and she carried on walking past me towards the counter until I asked her to stop. I said there was no mention of chilli on the listing and she went and checked! She stood thinking for a few minutes as I said none of us could have chilli and then she eventually said 'I'll get them remade if none of you can eat it'. Once she came back she said 'it'll be 10-15 minutes as the chef already has a lot of eggs on the egg cooker' 🤨 Drinks where Flat White, Vanilla Latte, Pot of Tea and Cloudy Blackberry Lemonade. Hot drinks were all good. The Lemonade tasted of cloudy Lemonade but had no blackberry flavour to it. Cafe was clean and tidy. Condiments available. Carpets looked like they could do with replacing. Availability of staff was incredibly poor given number of customers. Overall customer service in the cafe was poor.
Read on Google MapsOver priced as far as a breakfast goes. Dont let you swap items (3 hash brown, and a tomato for 1 nit of black pudding). At nearly 7 quid you dont even get a slice of toast with it or even a tea or coffee. Avoid it definitely
Read on Google MapsWas here this morning, for a much needed breakfast after school run and to say disappointed is a understatement, our food was in the window and they had rang the bell, it was cold and my husbands didn't have his blackpudding or mushroom, when asked about it she said she would get it, when it came it was so greasy and think it was put in the deep pan fryer, our toast was freezing and to be fair the toast and cold beans where the only thing that was worth eating and you don't want to know how the bacon was. Very disappointed... definitely give it a miss, as we will Not be back.
