I had the meal deal for £9.20 I had 6 spare ribs that were quite nice. Fried rice. Was good! But I did hope that it would have veggies in it. But I've learned now that isn't usually in a fried rice. Hong Kong style chicken was really good. I will get that again. I really liked the chicken. I really enjoyed it, and I recommend it to those nearby

Heavily seasoned, but the beef chow mein is good value. Chicken balls were nice. The downside was the sweet and sour sauce. Tasted artificial, hence one star knocked off. It's like they used lemon squash/cordial to make it. Use real sugar and vinegar with ginger and soy sauce. Everything costed £20 which is really good value. Place was clean and staff friendly. Would not recommend the fried rice, no egg in it.

It was a take away and it was about 1 1/2 hours waiting i kept trying to phone but it was constantly engaged when the driver arrived he said the girl gave him the wrong address but the food was good just a pity about delivery time.

Absolutely shocking,while I was in an elderly lady came in with what was to be a chicken curry fried rice it’s was all in same tray and she said to young girl this happened last week as well got her money back and went elsewhere then I ordered a chicken chow mein with extra soy sauce and thick noodles was raging when I got home it was actual gravy not usual chow mein sauce and very thin noodles and chicken was rubbery the lot got threw in bin will not be back lessoned learned it’s the Poa San from now on no more trying new places.

Terrible service! Usually order by phone & collect myself. Girl answers fone & instantly says she's putting me on hold for 2 minutes...& i mean 2 minutes! Then eventually comes back asking what i want. Had to repeat order 3 times as she clearly wasn't concentrating on what i was saying & then says she has to put me on hold again to go & check about my side order which i always have with no problems when i have dinner from here. A guy usually answers who's really good & takes my same order with no issues. I ended up telling her to forget it & i'd order elsewhere... maybe good idea to tell whoever was answering fone at 9:10pm 15/07/24 to concentrate better on fone orders as it's just as important as the people ordering in the shop!! Not my problem if shop is busy & i shouldn't be put on hold for over 2 minutes as soon as she answers the phone (likely to take people's orders who are in the shop), be made to repeat my order several times because she's not really listening to me then wanting to put me on further hold again because she doesn't have a clue about what's on the menu & what I'm ordering? Very weird...
