Spice Magic

We had high expectations for Magic Spice Takeaway, but my experience was quite disappointing. We ordered two pizzas: one Spicy Chicken and one Chicken Pizza. The Chicken Pizza was bland and lacked seasoning. As for the Spicy Chicken Pizza, it was incredibly salty—so much so that it was inedible and a complete turn-off. The service was also lacking. The guy serving us had a noticeable attitude. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I know what customers expect, and this fell short. There were no printed menus available; instead, we were told to look up the menu on their website. When we asked for recommendations, the staff was unhelpful and simply stated that all their pizzas were good, with the Spicy Chicken being the most popular. Given how overly salty it was, this recommendation was far from satisfactory. Overall, a sad and disappointing experience. I expected better.

Placed order at 17.45, 45min delivery. 19.15 phoned askin about delivery (1hr 30mins ),told be with you in 10mis. Called them AGAIN 15mims later,excuse was football game that finished at 17.00.I stay 10mins drive from them. DISGRACEFUL. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Amazing service, asked if we could have a Kashmiri Korma and were told absolutely and that it would be on the next menu. The guy was lovely and the food was great, very well balanced spices in the Korma and the munchy box was delicious. The chips were delicious and tasted like the ones you used to get instead of the flimsy crap ones at most Indian takeaways now. The doner was juicy and moist and the chicken pakora was lovely.

Got a lamb biryani tonight , biryani is lovely staff very friendly and chatty only issue is the amount of peas but that's just a preference would definitely order again would maybe just ask without peas as I don't like them, shout out to the guy in the glasses though that took my order loved how chatty he was
