Avoid like the plague, ordered through just eat, albeit far away from kirkintilloch (15min drive) they still appeared on just eat, they had offers and discounts available so decided to give a go. They accepted the order and after an hour and half gave them a phone for an update told us driver would be round shortly so no bother, after 2 hours tried phoning again took 10 calls to eventually answer then told is they dont deliver to here! 2 hours 10minutes later after the original order haha! Feels like that could of been something told to us originally when we phoned first time, just eat wasnt updated once to let us know about our order either. Guy kept insisting wasnt their fault and that its just eats fault for their restaurant appearing on tha ap🤣 Im not being funny but you choose your own delivery radius’ if you cant fulfill, dont accept it, didnt really offer anything to remedy the situation except asking for us to come pick it up, not only have we not got any food have also lost the offers and discounts you get from cheeky tuesday. Looks unprofessional from them and left us trying to get something else for dinner almost 2 and half hours from originally ordering

Wanted to try a new takeaway. PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP ILL. Chicken Tikka Hoagie - chicken was pink in the middle, not cooked at all! Contacted the restaurant and was told, yeah the chicken it juicy. No, chicken is undercooked. Received a replacement and still pink in the middle. Strawberry Cheesecake - arrived frozen solid, didn't specific on menu it was frozen (false advertising). Therefore my partner would have had to wait about 1.5/2 hours to eat it. Would have been cheaper getting it from local supermarket, yet they said that's how it comes! Please avoid at all costs, unless you want to end up ill.

Absolutely shocking food, I only ordered because of the reviews and pictures but when we received our food we didn't like it! It looked completely different from any pictures, I phoned the takeaway as soon as we received our food and they said a full refund so I agreed they said between 3 and 6 hrs, its over 24hrs and no refund so I contacted the people who control their service and they said the owner refused, absolutely shocking, I'll be taking the food back down to them, I told them to come back and collect it they refused, I told them I could send them pictures but they again refused, now they refused my £30 refund. The chicken pakora was completely tasteless you can only taste the old oil it was fried in, the curry sauce was very grainy very lumpy and fruity taste not a curry taste, and I told them all this over the phone as soon as I got the food, and still no refund! Avoid this place! So much better takeaways just around the corner with proper customer service. Please contact me so I don't have to come down and see you with your food. This is not what we agreed on the phone!!

I previously reviewed this place as good when others said it wasn’t as the quality was good. I have now recieved 2 god awful orders which took well over an hour to arrive and were stone cold and so am updating my rating accordingly. Got like 5 chips for £2.20 and 5 bits of chicken in a doughy wrap for £8.99 and a Pepsi max when I ordered a Pepsi. Never again.

Waited over an hour and half for an order, phoned them up and got told that a driver hasn't turned up to deliver it so it's not their problem...don't waste your time
