Really impressed with the staff — polite, helpful, and quick to take my order. They made the visit enjoyable

Very poor experience that resulted in a cancelled order and much frustration after a two and a half hour wait. The food never arrived, the time kept changing on the app, and when I called the restaurant, I was told the driver had already been out, even though my doorbell never rang, my buzzer wasn’t used, and my dogs (who always bark at visitors) were completely undisturbed. There was no attempt to deliver the food whatsoever, despite the staff's insistence. When I called to query this, I was told I’d need to pay the delivery charge again, despite not receiving anything in the first place. The member of staff I spoke to was unhelpful and kept repeating the same line instead of trying to resolve the issue. I ultimately had to cancel my order and go without the meal I’d been waiting for. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I ordered xxl burger and half chicken.Worst Burger no taste no sauce and chicken was undercooked. We will never order again.

We ordered through delivero, the restaurant took over an hour & half to prepare the delivery, presentation was very poor, we got it late after my children slept & honestly the presentation didn’t encourage us even to try it. Will never order from this restaurant again.

Rubbish food I ever had in my life, Ordered chicken loaded fries paid 20 quid, frozen food came after 1 hour absolutely disgusting taste + wrong drink , called to restaurant never answered, terrible service, just wasting money!!!
