Reviews
I’m a regular customer, I order almost every Sunday but I’m done with this place. Last Sunday they missed my whole Paratha and chutney, and when I called, they said they “don’t deal with Uber” and that I had to contact Uber for a refund. Seriously? That’s your food, your mistake. Now again today This isn’t the first time either. My first order got messed up because the driver didn’t swipe it, and I ended up waiting from 11:30 to 2:30 to get my food and even then half of it was missing and when i called again, they said we are very busy today we have a deal on Uber you’ll have to come in.What kind of service is that if you can’t handle the orders, dont run deals Im very disappointed and I’m won’t be ordering again, I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Read on Google MapsSince I moved back to Glasgow, I have eaten at this place countless times especially as it’s just 5 mins from me. The food is great, if you want an authentic paratha , this is the place for you. The portion size is huge, aloo paratha is the best you will get. My only concern is sometimes the food can be too greasy other than that highly recommended. The staff always being nice even prioritised our order once as we had to rush.
Read on Google MapsI would highly recommend this restaurant for a lot of reasons: 1. Taste & quality of food - soul soothing food for an amazing value for money. The ingredients used was also of good quality. I tried cheese roll paratha which was loaded with cheese. Thali was also very delicious and stomach filling. Mango Lassi is a must try - one sip to cloud nine. Tea is just perfect. Period. All of it was a feast for me being Desi. 2. Quantity - sufficient portions of food is served. 3. Service - the restaurant staff is very hospitable. Ms. Aima was very kind to offer me suggestions while ordering food which would cater to my taste and preference. She also got some creative adjustments for the food to perfectly suit my spice level. 4. Speed - the food was prepared quickly without a lot of waiting time. 5. Proximity to bus station - 10 mins walk from Buchanan Bus Station. 6. Ambiance - the restaurant has a decent ambiance. For me, the wow factor lies with quality, quantity, taste, hospitality and value for money - all together this restaurant offers.

Read on Google MapsI’ve ordered from Paratha Box Glasgow Central a few times now and the experience has always been fantastic. The staff, are absolutely lovely, so welcoming, polite, and always treat us with great care. Their service really makes the visit feel special. On top of that, the food is amazing every single time, fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. Highly recommend both for the food and the wonderful staff! :)
