Most disgusting fish and chip si try not flavour service is rubbish a guy told me grab and drink i grab a bottle charge me 1 pound dont recommended

I am leaving a review on here as Just Eat is not letting me. I ordered last night on Just Eat app and the progress status did not update, was showing as order confirmed and the delivery time at 33 minutes for a long time. For that reason, I cancelled my order. How was I to know they were actually on their way? I received a call and when I first answered, the person didn’t speak. He then called back to say he had arrived and when I answered the door, he said as I had cancelled the order it meant I was not charged, so would need to be paid in cash. I paid by bank transfer as I do not carry cash. I then noticed on my online banking I was charged on the app. I also received an email saying that if I was charged I would not get a refund. I called the man who delivered the order who said he would send me screenshot confirming I had not been charged. I am yet to receive this screenshot. I am not happy about this as i have made a double payment due to miscommunication on someone else’s end. If I don’t receive a response, I will be taking this further.

£4 for this under cooked regular veg pakora, that's 50p per small pice of pakora........got to be the most expensive kebab shop I've been too , wouldn't have minded as much if it was good but very poor...

Worst king shish kebab I’ve ever had. Tough as boots lamb, asked for a garlic nan, got a small pitta, must have been an 1/4 of a lettuce leaf for salad

Awfull customer service. I ordered 2 large chicken kebabs with onions, peppers and mushrooms, salad and sauce separate. What I got was 2 charcoal burnt kebabs which were miserable, one salad. When I called to speak to manager I was told we r closed I'll sort it next time. YOU WONT AS I WONT ORDER AGAIN, DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE
