Overview

Little Dessert Shop Duke Street is a branch of the UK dessert-parlour chain at 472 Duke Street in Dennistoun, Glasgow's east end. The brand was founded in 2014 and opened its first shop in Wolverhampton in 2015; this Duke Street site opened in July 2021 as the chain's first Scottish street-side shop (their 26th restaurant at the time), after an earlier Scottish outlet at Braehead. The official store finder currently lists only this Glasgow East address for Scotland. It is built for Instagram-friendly sharing plates rather than a full meal: American waffles, crepes, pancake stacks, warm cookie doughs, brownies, cheesecakes, milkshakes, sundaes, gelato and trending 'viral' items such as kunafa-topped desserts and French toast. Typical single desserts on the Glasgow East online menu are about £7–£15; sharing boxes run roughly £27–£50; whole celebration cakes about £50. Coffee, hot chocolate, milkshakes and soft drinks are also served. You can dine in, collect or order delivery via the Little Dessert Shop site. A vegan menu is offered in dine-in stores (the brand has promoted 35+ vegan items). Allergens are present in the kitchen, so staff cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Reviewers like the huge choice and friendly service; parking on busy Duke Street can be awkward. Third-party listings often show weekday evenings from about 5pm and weekends from mid-afternoon until 11pm — check the store page for today's hours.

I got a delivery via uber eats & wow!! The strawberry glitter lemonade & the pina colada lemonade are now my 2 most favourite drinsk ever. They are absolutely LOVELY! Other places try to come up with their own creations & the majority of them are sub par but these guys have really hit the nail on the head with their very own styles & flavours of lemonade! I will definitely be back! The dubai chocolate strawberry cup was also filled with loads of strawberries & toppings, unlike most places that give you next to none in your portion!

We drove all the way out here after seeing online and it did not disappoint. The staff could not have been nicer to us, especially my children. The service was really quick and the food delicious. Plenty of choice of sweet treats and reasonably priced.

They have the red velvet cake I’ve been looking for for months! It’s not too sweet, which is perfect for my taste, and it has dried raspberry sprinkles on top that add a slight acidic touch. I ordered my cake and hot chocolate for takeaway, and the staff packed them in a secure container. I didn’t have to worry about my hot choc spilling.
