Domino's Pizza - Glasgow - City (Dennistoun)

Last month on the 4th of march my partner order a pizza and cookies late at night and the driver delivered a mangled pizza, not for the 1st time, which we refused to eat so we phoned the store and they offered a replacement which we'd have had to wait for so we asked if we could have the pizza another time to which the store agreed, told us it was now linked to our number and our account and that we would get a free replacement pizza next time we ordered. Tonight we called up asking for this pizza and were made to feel like liars and told we wouldn't be getting this replacement pizza. I literally get a collection pizza from this store at least once a week I will never be back there. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Any size pizza for £9.99 collection only any day of the week - it’s a steal - fabulous quality and super fast service. Never had a bad experience with the food or service at Dennistoun Domino’s. Half Meateor and half Cheesburger pizza for me 😋

I went in to order two pizzas. The guy that served us was so rude didn’t take the time to get the order right took 4 attempts. To get the order through as he wasn’t listening to what we were ordering. It was like he was actually sorting online orders instead . Then when my wife asked a question about the Order the guy was so rude to my wife then walked off. The other members of staff were just looking from the back on how he was acting When I went to collect it. Wasn’t much better. Won’t be ordering from here again. Absolutely disgraceful service and professionalism.

Place was not that busy, I was the only shop customer. Didn't wait too long for the order, but when I took the pizza home the crust seemed very crunchy and hollow which I thought was unusual as I've never had a burned/ overcooked pizza from dominos before. And to top it off my chicken side was disgusting really chewy tough chicken. So the only thing I had that night was the cookies as the rest of the meal was terrible

The worst service i have ever encountered. I was served (sic) by a little bearded guy who reminded me of one of Tolkein’s dwarves, with manners to match… Ignorant, rude and dismissive. After he took my order I listened to him get abusive with someone who was trying to phone in an order. I think they just hung up on him in the end. The pizza was ok, but I won’t be back any time soon.
