Chicky’s

I visited Chickys and was shocked to be served raw, pink chicken wings. When I raised my concern, the waitress insisted they were cooked and claimed the color was because they “use baby chickens.” That’s completely false and unsafe!! chicken should never be served raw. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff were rude and dismissive. Serving undercooked poultry is a serious health hazard, and the attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend the restaurant review its food safety standards and customer service training. I later spoke to the manager, who said that “pink chicken doesn’t mean it’s unsafe to eat.” That’s an alarming statement coming from someone running a restaurant. Chicken must be fully cooked for safety, and their attitude toward food hygiene and customer concerns was dismissive and rude. I won’t be returning and strongly urge others to be cautious.

I went for the sweet heat on the tenders because I was too scared of the red riot but will be getting that next time as it was more sweet than heat. I did enjoy the tenders though – juicy and flavourful. Enjoyed the crunch and freshness of the pickles and slaw added to the burger – a good combo of flavours 😋 Thank goodness for the gloves, bbq sauce and slaw was dripping everywhere but was mopped up with the spiced chips 👌 The ranch and gravy were also good. Tasty chicken, chips, and sauce. Really can’t go wrong 👍

Absolutely loved my visit to Chickys Scotland on Duke Street! The location is super convenient and parking was really easy, which made the whole experience even better. The menu has an amazing variety — there's something for everyone! I tried the chicken and beef feast boxes and was blown away by the generous portions and incredible flavour. One of the most unique and fun things I had was the mini sliders served in a cup — such a creative and tasty idea! Highly recommend Chickys if you're looking for quality food, great service, and a place you’ll definitely want to come back to.

I recently visited Chicky's with my fiancé and we had the mini sliders feast box and the double flavoured chicken burger box. Both were absolutely delicious, the beef and chicken were both cooked to perfection and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. I would thoroughly recommend Chicky's and can't wait to go back soon.

Was kindly invited to give their new menu to try and had such a lovely experience. The mini sliders were ideal for sharing in my opinion and I really like that you can pick different sauces for your chicken tenders, wings and burger patties. Prices were decent for the feast boxes considering the portion sizes. Their chips were crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. If it’s a bit out the way you can find them on the food delivery apps as well.
