Boss Pizza Gallowgate

Visited sunday 10th August and bought garlic bread, tandoori pizza and chicken supreme. The tandoori pizza tasted nice. Chicken supreme seemed like it needed more time in the oven because the toppings looked raw, infact the cheese has released moisture and there was liquid on the surface due to it not having been browned enough. Garlic bread with cheese was dumped into the box causing them to get stuck to each other and the cardboard box. I don't think I'll be returning. Maybe needs a few more days of running until they get they hang of it.

Attended on opening day so this in no doubt would have (maybe) affected the quality of the pizza. Pizzas were both undercooked, sauce tastes far too sweet, chicken was tasteless despite having a marinade and far too much semolina used. Was looking forward to meeting the owner Ajmal Mushtaq having seen a lot of his online content. He was rude to a guy promoting his own food business. I thought he might of applauded the entrepreneurial move, but the front came down and you could see he was clearly angry. Not a good look. Happy to see a vacant unit near the barras being filled. Pricing structure is decent, but much improvement required. Neither of us could finish the pizza, but with hype around, it was easy to find someone to take what we didn't want.

Excellent scran, went twice before gigs in nearby venues and pizza was always fast and delicious. Way better than pizza hut, dominos, papa johns etc
