Revisited after taking a break for about a year. Food still amazing everything we get from here is always on the money. Great takeaway and we have a 12 mile round trip to collect food. But don't mind as its well worth the petrol.So sorry to add an edit to my review went back again new years day 25 Got my usual lamb korma.. It was terrible Tasted like someone had went crazy with the sugar it was so sweet I couldn't eat it Gutted. ...

I originally gave the Almanzar a good review. But after taking a break from it we came back after around a 6 months. To try again and our last 2 visits in the space of 2 weeks have been very dissapointing. The lamb korma we had the sauce was very thin and was so sweet it was not edible. We then got the 16inch box and a garlic and chilli chicken. The box was not good. Couldn't tell what was what under the hard batter. And what annoyed us was we ordered on app to be ready for 8.15. But we got there around 7.50 expecting to wait but it was lying there ready for collection and stone cold by the time we made 20min drive home. It's a shame as we really liked this place.

Usually the word food means it can be consumed what i received tonight was vile I genuinely can’t even think of one thing nice to say, I have no idea where it gets it’s positive reviews for but clearly they have zero taste buds or extremely intoxicated. I genuinely thought I had eaten the worst this side of Glasgow has to offer unfortunately this place has now taken that position. Honestly wouldn’t waste your cash for food that isn’t even fit for pig food and I wouldn’t be surprised if they turned their snout at it. Thankyou for an awful experience hopefully you improve in the future.

Ordered food today we got munchy box and pizza but after long time ordering from other takeaways this takeaway rally deliver very tasty and good portion. I really enjoyed the food so tasty fresh food. Garlic nan was just amazing. I can highly recommend
