Overview
Hundred Acres (100 Acre) is a bar, lounge and function suite at 360 Curtis Avenue in Rutherglen. It calls itself "a welcoming and inclusive community bar and grill" and says it is "a short walk from Scotlands national football stadium", which makes it a pre-match stop. Its burgers are hand-pressed. Food is served daily from 12noon until 8pm. A brunch menu of paninis, toasties, breakfasts, filled baguettes and wraps runs from 12noon to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 12noon to 2pm on Sundays. On Sundays there is a two-course beef or chicken roast from £14.99, and a children's meal deal (main, drink and ice cream) costs £4.49 all day. The pub recommends booking but says walk-ins are welcome. There is a beer garden, the Trevi Function Suite for events and private functions, free street parking and a private car park at the back. HAD THE BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE!!! i cleared my plate, discovered my new favourite drink and had the best dessert ever. service was amazing and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. couldn’t be happier. the chips were perfect and the salmon was delectable. COMING BACK AGAIN FOR SUREEE!!!!!
